Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted and refunds will be given (less shipping and handling) for items that were purchased directly from our website. You must obtain an RA# before returning merchandise.  Email your request for an RA# to info@shopbyog.com.  All items must be UNWORN and UNWASHED with all original packaging and must be received within 15 days of purchase.  Please note that customer is responsible for all packages being returned.  We suggest purchasing insurance or using a traceable form of shipment (i.e. FedEx or UPS).  Any returns that do not meet our return specifications will be returned at the customer’s expense.  

Exchanges are accepted for items that were purchased directly from our website.  You must obtain an RA# before returning merchandise for an exchange.  Email your request for an RA# to info@shopbyog.com and please also specify your new choice of size and print.  All items must be UNWORN and UNWASHED with all original packaging and must be received within 30 days of purchase.  Please include a check made out to B.Y.O.G. for $8* for shipping. (*Additional charges will apply when shipping outside the U.S.)  We suggest purchasing insurance or using a traceable form of shipment (i.e. FedEx or UPS).  Any exchanges that do not meet our exchange specifications will be returned at the customer’s expense.
